ABOUT MAYBROOK CROSSING
Maybrook Crossings is a 245-home (single-family) neighborhood located near the intersection of S. New Hope Rd. and Maybrook Crossing Drive. The community roads are: Boulder Ridge Drive, Brown Owl Drive, Crescent Forest Drive, Cricket Ridge Drive, Dracena Drive, Landale Court, Lilymount Drive, Maybrook Crossing Drive and Pebble Ridge Drive.
The association is led by a five-person board of directors who, generally, hold regular board meetings at least quarterly, on Tuesdays, from 6:30 – 7:30 PM at the Barwell Road Community Center, located on Barwell Park Drive. Board meetings are open to all members who wish to attend, however, advance notice is required to ensure sufficient meeting space is available to suit all attendees. The 2018 meeting schedule will be posted soon.
2018 HOA Dues
2018 dues are $146.00 annually, and must be paid in full by February 28th 2018 to avoid a late fee of $20 per month.

Working capital is set at $300 per home, and is paid by the buyer upon the purchase/transfer of title of each home in the community.
The board of directors urges residents to use a new online tool called www.SeeClickFix.com for reporting community issues to the appropriate governing authority. Simply log onto http://www.seeclickfix.com to report issues that affect your neighborhood, like a pothole, a fallen tree, an abandoned vehicle or a fellow resident whose grass is not being properly maintained. Reporting neighborhood/community issues on www.seeclickfix.com helps keep Maybrook Crossings neater and safer than other neighborhoods and can have a positive impact upon property values. Once you make a report, the issue is automatically sent to the proper governing authority and you’ll get email updates so that you can track the progress of your report. Seeclickfix.com allows you the option of remaining anonymous when reporting such violations. While the community manager performs regular inspections and sends out violation notices, he doesn’t always notice every potential matter that may need attention, so residents should report (via email or phone) any violation or repeat violation that needs to be resolved to the community manager as well.

NOTICE OF RIGHT TO VOLUNTARY MEDIATION
Pursuant to Section 7A-38.3F of the North Carolina General Statutes, all members are hereby informed that you have a right to initiate mediation pursuant to the terms of the statute to try to resolve a dispute with the Association. Both the homeowner and the Association must agree to mediate the dispute, and each side is responsible for splitting the cost of the mediation, including payment of a professional mediator. The mediation process is an opportunity to reach an agreement to resolve a dispute – neither side gives up their right to go to court to have a judge resolve the dispute if the parties are not able to reach an agreement through mediation. The specific process to initiate voluntary mediation is outlined in Section 7A-38.3F of the North Carolina General Statutes.
