How do I pay my dues?

 

Dues should be paid through the Appfolio online Owner Portal, a leading cloud-based software program for HOA management. If you already have an account, you can access it from the Pay Dues page on your community site, or you can log in from the Owner Portal Login link at the top of the page.

By paying dues directly through the Owner Portal, your account will reflect your current balance in real time. You can also contact your property manager through the site, make requests, etc. The Owners Portal will streamline communications with your property management team and your board of directors.

What to do

Mail a check and your payment coupon (if you have one) 5 to 7 business days before your assessment due date.

How it works:

Write a check payable to your homeowners association, as it is written on the coupon

Important: Write your account number in the “memo” section of your check.

Set up a one-time or recurring payment using eCheck

What to do:

  1. Login to hoabankservices.com
  2. Select Online Payments
  3. Choose the “Sign-In” option and login. If you are a new user, you will need to register by clicking “Register Now”
  4. Select your association and follow the instructions

Set up a one-time payment using Visa, Discover, American Express or MasterCard.

What to do:

  2. Choose the “Pay as Guest” option
  3. Select your association name and follow the instructions on the screen
